What it costs

Ways to work together

The first call is always free. If the price is what's stopping you from getting help, say so — that's a normal conversation to have, not a favor to ask.

Booking

If we haven't talked yet, start with the free thirty-minute call — that's true whichever of these you're looking at.

If you're already working with me, book straight from the table above — each one opens the right length of time. The Six is booked one fifty-minute session at a time, so use that link for each of the six.

The men's grief group is the one exception. It runs four weeks with the same men, and it starts when four have signed up, so there's no slot to pick — book a call or email me and I'll put you on the list for the next one.

About the Intensive

Some weeks fifty minutes is the wrong size. Something breaks open — a diagnosis, a betrayal, a death, a resignation — and you need one long sitting instead of six short ones spread over months. That's what the Intensive is: three hours, one day, video or phone, with breaks.

It is trauma-informed, which means I understand how this lands in your body and I will not rush you through it. It is not trauma treatment and it is not a crisis service. If you are in danger of harming yourself or someone else, do not book a session — call or text 988.

If money is the reason you're not calling

Then tell me. I'd rather have one short conversation about it than watch someone talk themselves out of getting help. No form, nothing to prove.

If it isn't right

You only pay for what helps

If the first paid session isn't right for you, tell me within a week and I'll refund it in full — the whole package price, if that's what you bought. No notice period, no explanation required.

After that, if you stop partway through the Six, I refund what you paid less the sessions you've already used at the regular $120 rate. The $90 session is what you get for finishing.

How it works

Paid before we meet

Card payment before each session. When we book, I send you a secure payment link. No insurance is billed, and there is no contract to sign for ongoing sessions — you book the next one or you don't.

Moving a session

Two business days, and one free pass

Move or cancel any session up to two business days beforehand at no cost, using the link in your confirmation email. Inside that, or a no-show, counts as a session used — except the first time it happens to you. Life happens in hard seasons, and I let the first one go.

Moving a session is always easier than cancelling one. If you reschedule, whatever you've paid moves with it.

Questions I actually get asked

Is this counseling?

No. Enduring with Hope is coaching and pastoral care. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment for a mental health or medical condition, and no insurance is billed. When what you need is a therapist or a doctor, I will say so plainly and help you find the right next step.

Do I have to commit to six sessions?

No. Plenty of people start with one conversation about one thing. The Six exists because the first honest conversation is usually where this starts, not where it ends — and it's short enough that you can see the end of it from the beginning.

Will my spouse, my pastor, or my church find out what I said?

No. What you say stays with me, and I don't confirm to anyone that you're working with me. The only exceptions are the ones any pastor would tell you: if someone is in danger of being harmed, if a child or vulnerable adult is being harmed, or if a court orders it.

Is the price different if I'm in ministry?

No. Same four options, same prices. And the line above about money applies double to church staff, who are usually the lowest-paid person in a room they're responsible for.

I'm not sure I'm bad enough for this.

You don't have to be in crisis. Getting ahead of it is cheaper and easier than the alternative, and I say that as someone who waited until year two.

Where are you?

Tennessee. Everything is by video or phone, so it doesn't matter where you are — and the distance is part of why people are honest with me. I'm not in your church lobby on Sunday.
